How does it work?
In order to give everyone the opportunity to offer a tailored-made service we have created a test, which means a series of suits of different sizes that your customer can try on, and from which potential changes are detected and adopted on the tailored item.
Is it necessary to buy a kit?
In order to offer this service you have to buy a kit of a minimum of 7 items of clothing from the test, in sizes that you want, completely personalized, essential to take customers’ measurements. Moreover you will be provided with bunches of fabrics (Reda, Loropiana, Vitale Barberis, etc), a paper model, a model for personalizations, buttons and linings kit and the appropriate price lists.
Which is the structure of tailored suits and how they fit?
You can choose what you prefer according to the customer’s necessities or to the price. We can sew prestige fused, half-canvas and full-canvas suits whereas, as it concerns the way they fit, we have slim fit, regular fit and comfort fit.
How can I know how to use the test and detect the measurements?
Formation. Once you have bought and received your tailored kit our Master Taylor will reach you in your shop in order to train the staff.
E’ possibile avere assistenza telefonica per consigli su misure particolari?
Of course, you will be provided with Master Taylor’s telephone number so that you can contact him, send him whatsapp messages or photos in order to receive his consultation.
Is it possible to have a Mister Taylor who takes customers’ measurements during an event organized in my shop? How much would it cost?
Surely! You can have your representative in your shop, obviously at no cost. A 15 days’ notice at least would be necessary.
